Job Summary
Coordinate complex industrial construction projects from planning through realization, overseeing processes to ensure contractual execution and serving as the primary contact for client inquiries regarding project implementation. Lead interdisciplinary teams comprising external engineering specialists while managing end-to-end responsibility for project outcomes, timelines, costs, and quality standards. Travel across Germany 2–3 days weekly to site locations, working alongside building and engineering experts to deliver technically and aesthetically demanding GÜ projects.
Required Qualifications
- Hintergrund als Bauingenieur / Architekt oder auch als Bautechniker / Meister
- 10 Jahre Erfahrung als Bauleiter / Projektleiter / Projektmanager im Hochbau oder Industriebau
- Bereitschaft, an 2-3 Tagen pro Woche (i.d.R. zwischen Di-Do) deutschlandweit unterwegs zu sein
- Sehr gute Deutsch-Kenntnisse (ab C1-Niveau)
