Job Summary
Lead projects from concept to successful implementation, developing solutions, making decisions, and actively advancing initiatives while coordinating customers, planners, and partners. Manage costs, schedules, and quality proactively, using CAD/BIM and modern tools to support industrial HLKS environments. Ensure innovative water and environmental protection solutions are delivered with direct impact through hands-on work near implementation sites. Maintain transparent, structured communication in an open culture with short decision paths, supported by flexible working hours and opportunities for specialized training in vacuum drainage systems.
Required Qualifications
- Eine technische Grundausbildung (EFZ)
- mehrere Jahren Erfahrung im Projektmanagement im industriellen HLKS - Umfeld
- Du packst an und denkst pragmatisch
- Du kommunizierst klar
- Du begeisterst mit deiner professionellen Art Kunden und Partner
- Du willst wachsen – fachlich, persönlich und in deiner Rolle
- Du beherrschst Deutsch sehr gut
- Du beherrschst Französisch sehr gut
