Drive customer projects within the energy sector to help clients digitalize their operations and maximize value from Lime CRM. Lead full implementation processes by holding workshops to define requirements, planning initiatives with internal and external stakeholders in complex environments, and securing project delivery. Train end users, guide customers on process efficiency, and collaborate with application consultants to customize solutions based on specific needs. Manage project timelines and quality proactively while working on new implementations and existing solutions simultaneously. This role involves a 4-18 month duration with a focus on long-term customer relationships within the Utility team of a leading European CRM provider.
