Job Summary
Conduct planning and execution of sustainable office projects from a client perspective, managing production cost and investment calculations alongside economic tracking. Coordinate tenant processes from lease agreements through move-in and handover, while supporting market and leasing activities including conceptual work, site visits, and negotiations. Uphold and collaborate with designers, consultants, and contractors, addressing legal and property law matters to drive project implementation. Lead tenant, construction, and design meetings, partnering closely with Skanska's construction units to deliver flexible, high-quality environments. Contribute to product and process development focusing on sustainability and innovation. Requires relevant post-secondary education in construction, property, or project management, with 3+ years of experience in the industry.
