Job Summary
Lead customer projects from initiation to delivery, conducting workshops to define requirements and driving implementation dialogues with internal and external stakeholders. Secure project outcomes by managing timelines and quality while training end users and guiding clients to optimize their processes with Lime CRM. Customize technical solutions in collaboration with application developers to maximize business value from CRM investments. Manage multiple concurrent projects ranging from 2 to 18 months within the Stockholm-based Expert Services team, balancing on-site client visits with office work.
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 års arbetslivserfarenhet
- minst 2 år av projektledning inom mjukvaruimplementationer
- affärstänk
- generell verksamhetsförståelse
- erfarenhet av, eller intresse för, att arbeta med AI
- akademisk utbildning
- talar och skriver svenska och engelska obehindrat
