Manage and coordinate complex real estate and construction projects for international top-tier clients as the primary contact for stakeholders. Drive project and program management, acting as the client representative to ensure quality, schedule, and cost compliance. Lead internal project budgeting while adhering to specific governance processes in collaboration with project leadership. Execute project controlling for both private and industrial clients through proactive coordination with project participants and the project manager. This role sits within Arcadis' global Places business unit, where the team creates, promotes, and optimizes intelligent, safe, and sustainable environments for living and working.
