Conduct systematic land acquisition for commercial and agricultural sites, securing physical foundations for data centers and renewable energy projects. Lead negotiations with property owners to finalize purchase or option contracts, while managing political acceptance with local authorities and mayors. Perform infrastructure checks on utility connections and route security from the outset, then steer project sites from scouting through construction readiness. Travel extensively across Lower Saxony, Brandenburg, Schleswig-Holstein, Saxony-Anhalt, and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern to execute this expansion.
