Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end project management for complex assignments across phases 2–5, including pre-design, design, permitting, and construction planning. Coordinate specialized consultants and internal stakeholders while detailing execution plans and aligning with clients and authorities. Ensure design, technical, and economic project targets are met throughout the lifecycle. Requires a completed architecture degree, five years of experience in LP 2–5, and proficiency in ArchiCAD. The team delivers sustainable, innovative spaces for residential, commercial, and urban development projects.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Architekturstudium (Dipl.-Ing., M.A. oder vergleichbar)
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den LP 2–5
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Ausführungsplanung
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit der aktuellen Bauordnung und relevanten Normen
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
