Moderate hybrid project meetings including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives while executing PMO responsibilities across offers, development, and series programs. Monitor and control project progress in collaboration with controlling and program management, preparing for and attending financial reviews and budget approvals. Develop best practice documentation for project management methodology and process descriptions, conducting training sessions and contributing to the evolution of project management standards. Requires a degree in business administration or similar, proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, and Power BI, along with strong German and English language skills.
