Job Summary
Lead project management for complex initiatives integrating innovative technologies with customer needs in the steel industry, driving the entire project lifecycle from proposal creation through commissioning. Direct interdisciplinary teams (internal and external, including EPC) on development, planning, procurement, construction, and commissioning while managing scope, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery within budget. Oversee project finances with the finance team, track expenditures, and evaluate cost development, while creating and presenting status reports to internal and external stakeholders. Conduct trend analyses and implement proactive risk management measures to validate forecasts and identify potential issues, ensuring technical specifications align with project goals. Serve as the primary contact for customers, partners, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle, facilitating effective communication and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Ein Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Anlagenbau, Mechatronik, Thermodynamik, Verfahrenstechnik oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement im Bereich Maschinenbau und/oder Anlagenbau
- Erfahrung in der Projektabwicklung von Großprojekten technischer Systeme
- fundiertes Wissen in der Integration von Thermalsystemen
- Praktische Expertise in der Verwaltung von Projektbudgets, Zeitplänen und Ressourcen
- Erfahrung in der Projektentwicklung und -durchführung
- Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Eine proaktive, kollaborative Arbeitsweise
- starke Problemlösungs- und Entscheidungsfähigkeiten
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Software
- exzellente organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- eine detailorientierte Herangehensweise
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse
- Bereitschaft zu Reisen (bis zu 30%)
Desired Qualifications
