Job Summary
Analyze IT requirements, implement efficient workflows, and continuously improve IT processes while collaborating closely with Customer Service and Field Services departments. Identify potential risks, develop risk minimization strategies, and adapt project plans in response to unforeseen events. Provide regular reporting to stakeholders, coordinate with internal clients and management, and support as a LSU for main programs. Requires a degree in (Economics) Informatics, Business Administration with an IT focus, or equivalent experience, along with project management knowledge and roll-out experience. SAP, CertIQ, and CMX familiarity is advantageous. Flexible working hours, mobile work, and professional development opportunities are available.
Required Qualifications
