Job Summary
Direct project management activities and lead a team of project management professionals to deliver superior client service and project execution. Oversee all project phases from planning through close-out, manage budgets and KPI/financial reporting, coordinate design and construction across multiple sites, develop client relationships, supervise on-site teams, and drive program improvements aligned to client goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management
- Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in managing design and construction of multiple projects across a broad geography in a remote and virtual environment
- PMP Certification, LEED Accreditation, or other specialty accreditation is an asset

- Demonstrated ability to lead individuals across a national team to deliver superior results in client service
- Experience leading and running numerous projects simultaneously
- Strong working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting, budgeting, scheduling and processes as they relate to corporate real estate
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with architects, contractors, client’s representatives, and team members
- Ability to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage on-site supervision and project performance criteria
