Projects & Services Manager II

Manage the overall delivery of multiple complex projects by ensuring milestones and goals are met on time while adhering to approved budgets and quality standards. Organize project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop schedules, and determine resource requirements. Monitor and report on project status including cost, timing, and staffing. Oversee the assignment, development, and performance of project managers. Ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5-7 years of project management experience, and 2+ years of leadership experience, with a PMP certification preferred.
