Job Summary

Projects Officer will support design, development, and implementation of humanitarian programs in the Middle East, monitor approvals and compliance, coordinate partnerships and MoUs, manage programmatic reporting (narrative and quantitative), lead status meetings with community teams, and work with the Programs Manager on project and partnership activities. Requires strong technical writing, understanding of the humanitarian sector and Middle East geopolitics, donor-facing reporting experience (advantage), Arabic and English fluency, and ability to support program design using PD/CN formats. Emphasizes contributing to IsraAID’s reputation, coordinating with stakeholders, and participating in strategic discussions; roles include compliance, event coordination, and other tasks as needed by the mission team.

Required Qualifications

  • Technical Writing: High proficiency in drafting narrative and quantitative reports, as well as developing organizational procedures and content.
