Job Summary
Coordinate and activate NiP premises in Portugal (Porto) including Villas, Honolulu Wellness Club, and GetTogether areas; plan and execute themed events with defined timelines, responsible parties, and KPIs; oversee contracts with external service providers (F&B, scenting, sports, merchandising) and monitor SLAs; manage the NiP Boutique and Welcome Bar; define and update the building’s zoning model by teams and functional synergies; analyze office occupancy dashboards and prepare utilization reports; facilitate regular committees with internal stakeholders; monitor transversal workplace initiatives; contribute to ESG and DEI efforts with a focus on wellbeing and inclusive culture.
Required Qualifications
- Education in Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related area with Facility Management experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in coordinating multi-functional projects or operations.
- Analytical ability and experience managing multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with PM tools.
- Professional English and French proficiency.
