Projects Interface Manager - UZ Brownfield – Offshore Water Injection Project

Job Summary
Develop and maintain the Project Interface Management Plan, tracking internal and external interfaces between offshore and onshore facilities, operations teams, EPC contractors, and stakeholders. Coordinate brownfield integration activities, including engineering tie-ins, shutdowns, and SIMOPS planning, while acting as the primary focal point for interface meetings and workshops with ADNOC Offshore. Support project managers in identifying interface risks, monitoring deliverables against schedules, and managing change orders for brownfield modifications. Lead commissioning and start-up efforts by ensuring operational handover requirements are met and facilitating readiness reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 20-25 years of experience in offshore oil and gas projects
- Proven experience in brownfield project execution and offshore modifications
- Significant experience managing interfaces on EPC/EPCM projects
- Experience with offshore water injection, production facilities, and utility systems
- Strong knowledge of shutdown planning, tie-ins, and SIMOPS management
- Previous ADNOC Offshore or Middle East offshore project experience
Desired Qualifications
- Professional project management certification (PMP, PMI, Prince2)
- Interface Management certification or experience
- Experience with ADNOC Offshore or Middle East offshore projects
