Conduct project planning for class 8 realizations across residential, commercial, and mixed-use branches, transitioning from study phase analysis to on-site implementation. Develop and monitor work schedules, create templates for construction teams, and execute lean plans while optimizing scenarios and benchmarks. Refine plans following client negotiations and perform smart control checks on basic yields. Requires a Bachelor in Construction or Architecture with at least two years of experience, a B license, and VCA-Vol certification. Salary is €65,000 gross plus benefits including a company car, fuel pass, and 13th-month pay. The role is 50% office in East Flanders and 50% on-site, with flexible hours and home-office options available.
