Projector Technician

Job Summary
Assemble and repair company-created projector systems (dart guns) per Standard Work Practices within a team environment; diagnose and repair various projector types based on customer needs, test-fire production units, and operate CNC lathe and manual mill as required; maintain accurate records of work performed on customer equipment; repair damaged components and correct malfunctions; handle Bluing of barrels and components; ensure compliance with ATF, Department of State, and BIS regulations; contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
Required Qualifications
- General machining skills
- Physical dexterity to assemble small parts
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify problems or malfunctions with equipment
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills (written and verbal)
- Learn products and manufacturing processes
- Learn to assemble and repair projector models
- Familiarity with order management systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to follow standard work processes and procedures
- Physical ability to sit or stand for extended periods
