Coordinate diverse construction projects from initiation to handover, managing planning, quality, budget, and progress while acting as the central link between clients, users, and stakeholders. Lead project meetings, advise on execution strategies, and oversee external advisors and contractors to ensure successful delivery. Identify and manage risks, maintain strict adherence to project objectives, and serve as a sparring partner for internal and external parties.
