Job Summary
Coordinate the development of new logistics distribution centers and semi-industrial buildings, managing budget, planning, quality, and client satisfaction. Lead weekly site and client meetings, oversee tender processes with architects, and negotiate contracts with contractors and suppliers. Manage construction site coordination, ensure timely execution of works, and handle financial tracking in SAP while maintaining project results. Deliver technical input to the commercial team, coordinate full design phases, and ensure on-time handover of projects. Maintain project administration on document management platforms, including complete as-built dossiers, and report directly to the CEO. Stay updated on sector trends to propose new concepts to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Gedreven en pragmatische hands-on projectleider
- minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring
- bij voorkeur in de bouw van logistieke en/of industriële gebouwen
- Master denk- en werkniveau
- Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands
- kennis van Engels
