Monitor project timelines and budgets to guarantee timely and cost-effective delivery, managing risks and opportunities alongside internal and external stakeholders. Execute operational planning and cost assessments in collaboration with execution project leaders, providing technical expertise and guiding teams to proactively acquire missing knowledge. Escalate time warnings, optimize resource allocation, and coordinate purchasing decisions to support project needs. Develop strategic solutions for bottlenecks and drive decision-making processes through clear analysis and recommendations. Coordinate collaboration between sub-areas and shared services while maintaining strong relationships with the client under NEC4 principles.
