Lead a multidisciplinary IPM team of eight colleagues, directing collaboration with contractors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure projects are predictable and successful. Develop and execute project plans and contracts for the construction and realization phase, while steering the team to meet project objectives. Monitor planning, budget, quality, risks, and capacity across multiple concurrent projects, and evaluate designs, execution plans, and quotes to report on progress. Manage scope changes and coordinate with the NuLie program team to deliver large-scale electricity network expansions in Friesland-Noordoostpolder.
