Job Summary
Coordinate all construction activities for a new Class 8 residential development in Antwerpen, managing the primary contractor and subcontractors from groundworks to handover. Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, and quality control protocols while liaising with architects, engineers, and internal teams. Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and project specifications to meet agreed delivery timelines. This hands-on role supports the realization of 54 apartments and 11 homes for a leading developer, offering flexibility in contract type and market-conform compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimaal enkele jaren ervaring in een soortgelijke functie
