Lead construction projects from concept to handover, managing new builds, renovations, and timber frame structures. Conduct measurements, draft 2D execution plans in AutoCAD, and coordinate material procurement and suppliers. Maintain close contact with subcontractors and site managers to oversee work in detail and ensure budget adherence using Excel. Requires a Bachelor's in construction, French language proficiency, and experience leading processes from start to finish. Salary up to €65,000 gross plus company car and insurance. Flexible schedule with home-office options available.
Required Qualifications
