Job Summary
Lead technical projects from preparation to handover, managing schedules, budgets, and quality standards while coordinating with all parties. Create detailed plans, document project results, and coach your team on development and performance. Ensure projects are delivered successfully within planning and budget constraints. Based in Noord-Holland, this role supports diverse clients including schools, care institutions, and the NS. You will work within an innovative team focused on sustainable climate solutions, offering opportunities for growth and comprehensive training.
Required Qualifications
- Afgeronde technische opleiding op MBO of HBO-niveau
- Uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden en vermogen om meerdere projecten tegelijkertijd te beheren
- Oplossingsgericht denken en goed onder druk kunnen presteren
- Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- VCA-diploma (of bereid dit te halen)
