Job Summary
Lead road construction projects from tender phase through execution and handover, managing integral project control for planning, finances, quality, safety, and risks. Actively participate in tenders to realize won projects while serving as the subject matter expert for both tender and project teams. Direct project teams to motivate and inspire staff, coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and partners to align interests and drive forward solutions under pressure. This role involves working on infrastructure projects across the Netherlands that directly impact national connectivity, such as provincial road reconstructions and new infrastructure development. Based in Amsterdam with opportunities to work on various sites, you will help ensure the country remains accessible through rigorous project leadership and stakeholder engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Mbo 4- of hbo-niveau in de richting van grond-, weg- en waterbouw of civiele techniek
- Minimaal 8 jaar ervaring als (hoofd)uitvoerder in de grond-, weg- en waterbouw
- Kennis van projectplanningen, contractafspraken, termijnstaten en veiligheidsvoorschriften
- Een brutomaandsalaris van € 5.500 tot € 8.000 (Bouw & Infra cao) bij een fulltime dienstverband (40 uur)
- 26 verlofdagen bij een fulltime dienstverband plús een variabel aantal roostervrije dagen per jaar
- Een leaseauto
