Projectleider Villa bouw

Coordinate and oversee villa construction projects from rough work to finishing, managing communication with architects, subcontractors, and clients. Ensure strict adherence to planning and budget while maintaining a safe and high-quality execution. Manage daily internal team communication and deliver unique, high-end custom builds from start to finish. Requires minimum five years of experience in villa or high-end housing construction, a civil engineering diploma or equivalent, strong organizational skills, and a valid B license. Salary ranges from €4,500 to €5,000 gross monthly plus vehicle, fuel card, phone, laptop, and meal vouchers.
