Job Summary
Lead complex international steel door projects from sales to handover, acting as the primary contact on administrative, technical, and commercial fronts. Conduct pre-, post-, and site inspections, measure new installation situations, and create sketches or plans as needed. Direct subcontractors on-site while collaborating daily with planners regarding timelines, budgets, and costs. Provide sales advice to colleagues by mapping local technical scenarios, manage offer changes and amendments, and oversee quality and safety protocols including HSE audits and complaint resolution. Recruit and manage external mounting companies. Based in the Almelo region with flexibility for international travel.
Required Qualifications
- Mbo-4 werk- en denkniveau in een bouwkundige of organisatorische richting
- Ervaring in een soortgelijke rol of je bent toe aan een volgende stap ik jouw carrière als projectleider in de bouw
- Goede kennis van MS office
- De Nederlandse, Duitse en Engelse taal beheers je in woord en geschrift
- Woonachtig in de regio van Almelo
- staat open om internationaal te reizen waarbij je regelmatig enkele dagen van huis zal zijn vanwege projecten op locatie
- In de basis zijn de weekenden gewoon thuis door te brengen
