Job Summary
Manage the project dossier from start to finish by analyzing site documents, developing technical drawings, and creating production schedules. Monitor construction sites and coordinate between the workshop and the field, tracking deliveries and overseeing installation by staff and subcontractors. Ensure strict adherence to planning, quality, and safety standards while managing progress reports, invoices, and the project budget. Report directly to management. Requires a construction diploma, strong technical knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD. Based in West or East Flanders with competitive pay and extralegal benefits.
