Job Summary
Lead project development from concept to construction-ready dossier, managing feasibility studies, permits, and coordination with architects, planning offices, and government agencies. Oversee full project lifecycles across residential, commercial, and industrial sites while monitoring budget, schedule, and regulatory compliance. Identify risks early and provide strategic adjustments to management, ensuring seamless handover to execution teams. Requires Master's or Bachelor's degree in architecture, urban planning, or civil engineering with 3–5 years of experience in Belgian permitting procedures. Full autonomy within a growing construction firm in Limburg, offering a competitive salary package, company car, and group insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Master of bachelor in architectuur, stedenbouw, burgerlijke bouwkunde of een gerelateerde richting
- Minimum 3 à 5 jaar relevante ervaring in projectontwikkeling, bij een bouwheer, ontwikkelaar of studiebureau
- Je kent de weg in Belgische vergunningsprocedures en ruimtelijke ordening
- Je bent een uitstekende coördinator: je houdt overzicht over meerdere dossiers tegelijk zonder de details te verliezen
- Commercieel inzicht en gevoel voor haalbaarheid zitten in je DNA
- Je communiceert vlot met zowel technische profielen als externe partners en overheden
- Resultaatgericht, proactief en comfortabel in een groeiende organisatie waar structuren nog worden uitgebouwd
