Lead assigned real estate development projects by directing construction meetings, coordinating site visits, and managing efficient on-site operations. Guide project staff, suppliers, and subcontractors while negotiating contracts with external parties and maintaining key relationships with clients, contractors, and architects. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in construction with at least two years of technical experience, stress management, and multitasking skills. A valid B license is mandatory, with French language skills as a plus.
