Job Summary
Execute a multi-year online communication strategy by developing segmentation plans in Spotler, managing Umbraco CMS upgrades, and ensuring WCAG 2.1 compliance across all digital channels. Optimize the event registration system Registraid, support events like Meeloopdagen, and explore new applications such as carpooling and AI meeting tools. Collaborate with software developers to maximize system capabilities while establishing communication KPIs and maintaining social media and email operations. This full-time remote role within the public sector requires 24 hours per week, starting November 1, 2025, with a potential 12-month extension, and accepts ZZP contractors.
Required Qualifications
- HBO-werk- en denkniveau
- Beschikbaarheid gedurende de volledige opdrachtperiode
- Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring met online communicatie
- Ervaring met meerdere implementatietrajecten van Umbraco
- Ervaring met Spotler
- Ervaring met Registraid
