Manage the Zeeland and Den Haag contract area by processing incoming requests, evaluating quotes and work plans, and coordinating activities with ProRail, contractors, and subcontractors. Serve as the primary contact for OEB matters, conducting evaluations with clients while overseeing budget management for green maintenance and optimizing internal collaboration. Perform external inspections within the maintenance zone, control issued permits, and coordinate complaints, damage reports, or disruptions. Ensure efficient project execution through direct communication and relationship building across all involved parties.
