Job Summary
Translate the client request into a clear scope, research strategy, and proposal for conditioning investigations ranging from office research to fieldwork. Develop and validate work plans, sampling strategies, and reporting requirements. Coordinate execution by preparing fieldwork, securing access permits, and scheduling multiple disciplines. Lead content alignment with specialists and subcontractors on methodology, deliverables, and result interpretation. Ensure logical integration of partial studies into a coherent advisory for the design and permitting phases. Oversee quality control, site visits, and HSE protocols for external activities. Align with executing parties to ensure practical feasibility and compliance with safety and sustainability standards. Manage project progress and financial oversight to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Een afgeronde HBO of WO, bijvoorbeeld in milieukunde, bodemkunde, civiele techniek of een vergelijkbare richting.
- Relevante ervaring als projectleider, bij voorkeur gecombineerd met inhoudelijke kennis van één of meerdere conditionerende disciplines.
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, en goede mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden in het Engels.
- Een nauwkeurige, proactieve en resultaatgerichte werkstijl.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om zelfstandig én in teamverband te werken.
