Job Summary
Lead underground pipeline projects from design through handover, overseeing technical execution, scheduling, and safety while coordinating teams of contractors, coordinators, and suppliers. Manage project feasibility, permits, and client agreements with municipalities and water authorities, making decisive adjustments for ground deviations or design changes. Control financial performance by monitoring costs, tracking variations, and driving innovation for efficiency and sustainability. Operate primarily on project sites or nearby facilities, collaborating with management and environmental managers on complex infrastructure works for clients like Vitens and Oasen. Required Qualifications
- HBO-opleiding, richting Civiele Techniek of Werktuigbouwkunde, of een opleiding waarvan jij vindt dat deze past bij deze functie en/of verkregen door ervaring
- Ervaring als zelfstandig projectcoördinator, hoofduitvoerder en projectleider of met minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring
- Ervaring in het realiseren van projecten binnen de ondergrondse infra
Desired Qualifications
- Ervaring met leidingbouw is een pré
- Het is fijn als je een commercieel netwerk binnen onze kring van (lokale) opdrachtgevers hebt
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift
- Je hebt kennis en ervaring met het werken in bouwteamverband
- Je bent bekend met contractvormen als UAV en UAV-GC
