Job Summary
Lead electrical utility projects from preparation to handover by coordinating teams of electricians and preparers. Manage daily planning, budget, quality, and progress while ensuring materials and resources are available on schedule. Visit sites to oversee execution, maintain client contact, and resolve deviations through practical solutions. Coach staff, enforce safety and quality standards, and handle commercial opportunities and change orders. Report to the employer in Sprundel as a project leader in a family-owned company.
Required Qualifications
- Minimaal een afgeronde mbo 4-opleiding in een technische richting.
- Relevante ervaring binnen de elektrotechniek.
- Ervaring met het aansturen van projecten en teams.
- Een geldig VCA VOL-certificaat.
- Rijbewijs B.
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
