Job Summary
Lead the implementation of the new financial system in alignment with the municipality's financial policy objectives and P&C cycle, including defining goals, scope, planning, budget, and required resources. Monitor project progress, ensure quality and timely delivery of results, and manage the project budget while reporting financial advancement to the team manager and management team. Identify and engage relevant stakeholders across the municipal and political organization, organize information meetings and participation processes, and act as the contact point for inquiries and complaints regarding the PINK system implementation. Optimize current financial processes in preparation for the transition and advise management on technical opportunities to make the P&C cycle more efficient.
Required Qualifications
- Afgeronde opleiding op minimaal hbo bachelor niveau
- Minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als Projectleider financiën specifiek gericht op financiële systemen binnen een gemeente
- Aantoonbare kennis van- en/of werkervaring met het systeem PINK
- Aantoonbare kennis met het vast stellen van doelen, scope, planning, budget en benodigde middelen
- Opdrachtnemer verplicht om functie relevante Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG) te overleggen
- Een maximum uurtarief van €70,- exclusief btw, inclusief reiskosten woon-werk verkeer werk-werkverkeer én parkeerkosten
Desired Qualifications
- Afgeronde opleiding op minimaal hbo bachelor niveau in de richting van Financiën
- Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 5 jaar met het integraal samen werken binnen een gemeente op basis van stakeholders op gemeente niveau en overheid
- Aantoonbare werk ervaring met het begeleiden en verder ontwikkelen van financiële systemen
- Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 6 jaar als Projectleider financiën specifiek gericht op financiële systemen binnen een gemeente
