Job Summary
Coordinate and oversee full electrical projects within building technology, from preparation to handover. Monitor execution, quality, planning, and budget while directing daily site leaders and attending progress meetings. Ensure safe working environments through toolbox meetings and verify that work instructions are followed within the agreed scope. Manage administrative follow-up and delivery for each project while maintaining contact with clients, subcontractors, and design offices. Rotate between high-end residential, commercial, and heritage renovation sites. This role offers a permanent contract with a competitive package including meal vouchers, a company car, and laptop, located in West and East Flanders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor- of masterdiploma in electriciteit, elektromechanica, energietechnologie of gelijkwaardige ervaring
- Relevante ervaring als projectleider in electriciteit of gebouwentechnieken
- Duidelijke communicatie
- Sterke organisatie en planning
- Brede interesse in multi-technieken zoals elektriciteit, HVAC, sanitair, inbraak- en brandbeveiliging
- Vermogen om techniekers en monteurs aan te sturen en te motiveren
- Oplossingsgericht werken, professioneel gedrag en resultaatgericht werken
- Ervaring met duurzame technieken of bereidheid om hierin verder te verdiepen
