Projectleider

Plan and execute projects while maintaining staff levels and tracking financial results. Conduct site visits to monitor quality, manage client and stakeholder relationships with municipalities and civil engineering firms, and handle acquisitions and tendering. Proactively identify risks, opportunities for additional work, and project expansion potential. Collaborate with regional directors and other project leaders, including regular on-site meetings in Beilen. Manage recurring maintenance contracts for clients such as the province, Wetterskip, and Staatsbosbeheer. Work within a compact team structure in Drachten with autonomy to initiate and manage diverse green infrastructure projects.
