Job Summary
Manage multiple civil engineering projects from tender and design phases through execution, advising on design optimizations, sustainability, risk management, and environmental oversight. Transition to project management, contract management, and finance as projects enter the execution phase, while assembling the appropriate project team. Collaborate with internal partners and external stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions such as noise barriers, bridges, and architectural concrete elements. Work within a family atmosphere at the Gouda office, contributing to a portfolio that includes the RWG terminal expansion and Schiphol concrete projects.
Required Qualifications
- Ervaring met projectmanagement in de civiele techniek, infrastructuur of bouw
- HBO werk- en denkniveau en een opleiding in een technische richting in bijvoorbeeld civiele techniek of bouwkunde
- Kennis van diverse contractvormen als RAW, UAV-GC en bouwteams
- Wonen in de regio midden Nederland
