Job Summary
Lead the full construction cycle from groundbreaking to handover, managing technical, financial, and administrative aspects of high-end residential developments. Coordinate directly with subcontractors, architects, and study offices to align all parties, while strictly controlling timelines and budgets. Act as the primary decision-maker and project regulator for this developer, ensuring quality, design, and sustainability standards are met throughout the build.
Required Qualifications
- Architect of ingenieur, of hebt tonnen ervaring in projectleiding
