Job Summary
Coordinate projects from concept to handover by acting as the primary contact for contractors, architects, and builders. Gather technical information for concepts and installation, including on-site measurements, and attend site meetings. Develop execution plans and prepare installation dossiers in collaboration with technical drafters. Monitor production and installation processes with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients, while generating progress statements and preparing invoices. Compile final "as-built" documentation. Requires a Bachelor degree or equivalent experience, preferably with five years in a similar sector, and knowledge of Tekla or 3D drafting software. Work within a 39-hour system with a flexible roster at our Ardooie office or other sites.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years experience as a project leader in a comparable sector
- Communicative and professional contact skills
- Ability to work in an organized manner
- Entrepreneurial, flexible, and independent mindset
- Practical nature
- Team player
- Work within a 39-hour system
- Ability to work from the Ardooie office or occasionally from other sites
- Flexibility regarding a sliding shift schedule
Desired Qualifications
