Projectleider (afwerking)

Lead the project from start to finish by creating project plans, setting deadlines, and managing schedules to ensure on-time delivery. Oversee project budgets, including cost estimates, tracking, and identifying variances. Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks that impact the project while implementing necessary measures. Act as the primary communication link between the project team, suppliers, clients, and external parties. Ensure compliance with quality standards and guidelines throughout the project lifecycle. Lead, motivate, and coach the project team to successful execution. Identify and resolve problems or challenges efficiently. Maintain accurate project documentation, including cost sheets, measurement sheets, plans, meeting minutes, and progress reports. Requires a diploma in construction or carpentry with strong technical knowledge and bilingual skills in Dutch, French, and English.
