Job Summary
Coordinate project preparation, realization, and handover for underground infrastructure initiatives, including securing permits, managing material orders, and establishing work budgets. Lead project teams through execution phases by issuing work packages, overseeing inventory, and reporting on progress, personnel hours, and material status. Conduct time and risk analyses, maintain financial progress reports, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality management systems. Full-time position with a salary range of €4,400 to €5,600. Requires MBO+ level, minimum five years of project experience, and a valid VCA basic certificate. Hanab Pipelines & Utilities supports the energy transition across gas, water, and heat networks.
Required Qualifications
- MBO+ werk- en denkniveau
- affiniteit met de technische branche
- bij voorkeur richting Civiele Techniek
- Kennis & ervaring binnen de ondergrondse infra
- het hebben van een civiel achtergrond
- affiniteit met ondergrondse infra
- Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in soortgelijke functie binnen een projectorganisatie
- Aantoonbare kennis en ervaring van werken in projectomgeving
- bij voorkeur in onze branche
- Ervaring met het maken van projectplanningen
- kun je sturen op financiën
- kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving
- Goede beheersing van zowel de Engelse als Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift
- Geldig VCA basis certificaat
- een B-rijbewijs
Desired Qualifications
- Kennis & ervaring binnen de ondergrondse infra (het hebben van een civiel achtergrond of affiniteit met is een pré)
