Lead end-to-end responsibility for large, complex, and integral projects with annual values from €30 million, managing strategic and operational levels for multiple initiatives. Represent the organization at board levels with clients, government bodies, and internal leadership while steering tenders, contract formation, and risk management. Guide project managers and coordinate activities during the contractual phase, acting as the primary contact for clients on technical matters, scope, and budget. Balance stakeholder interests and ensure compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and efficiency targets. Mitigate significant financial risks and influence project portfolios and team capacity. Work on long-duration projects involving multidisciplinary design and construction combinations for public and private clients.
