Job Summary
Prepare project budgets and schedules, translate client requests into technical solutions, and organize design sessions to determine the best approach. Coordinate with subcontractors to manage procurement while monitoring changes, additional work, and costs during execution. Maintain close contact with contractors to ensure alignment across multiple simultaneous projects. Participate in project coordinator meetings to share experiences and discuss project progress with leadership.
Required Qualifications
- hbo- werk- en denkniveau
- afgeronde opleiding in civiele techniek of GWW
- zelfstandig infrastructurele projecten voorbereiden en begeleiden op technisch en organisatorisch gebied
- communicatief sterk
- overzicht over het grotere geheel
- meedenken over de organisatie, structuur en verbetering van projecten
- het projectcoördinatorenoverleg
- contact met je leidinggevende over jouw ontwikkeling en voortgang
