Job Summary
Construction Project Coordinator responsible for coordinating between field and office and external stakeholders, ensuring safe, timely, within-budget delivery of installation and piping system projects. Manage and review documents, structure interactions and agreements, update schedules, assess budgets with stakeholders, monitor financial and progress reports, coordinate with Purchasing and Contract Manager for MoCs, and oversee HSE-related activities. Strong emphasis on construction planning, systemization, IT tooling, and collaboration with Structural Manager and Project Procurement Lead to ensure project success.
Required Qualifications
- Completed technical education and higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level
- at least 10 years of work experience in construction office management
- hands-on experience with construction planning, systemization, and integration testing
- hands-on experience with construction systems/IT tooling
