Job Summary
Coordinate the tender and execution processes for civil infrastructure projects in the South East region, collaborating closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Analyze multi-source information to develop coherent plans while strictly adhering to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety protocols. Drive initiatives for sustainability, digitalization, and innovation within the project organization, providing feedback on structural improvements. Prepare and guide infrastructure projects on both technical and organizational levels, ensuring comprehensive oversight of the broader project scope. This role offers a development path to Head of Work Preparation and is situated in the Dura Vermeer Infra Regional Projects South East team based in Den Bosch.
Required Qualifications
- hbo- werk- en denkniveau
- afgeronde opleiding in civiele techniek of GWW
- zelfstandig infrastructurele projecten voorbereiden en begeleiden op technisch en organisatorisch gebied
- communicatief sterk
- overzicht over het grotere geheel
- kennis van thema's als duurzaamheid en innovatie
- suggestions om op thema's duurzaamheid en innovatie te versnellen
