Job Summary
Conduct 135 days of academic project training covering Dot Net, AI ML, PHP, mobile technologies, full-stack development, and software quality assurance. Complete internal evaluations to secure direct hiring as a Junior Developer with a 24-month job commitment. Deliver results with strong attention to detail while utilizing creative freedom and working-life balance. Earn a stipend during training and receive a first-year salary of INR 3,00,000 to 4,00,000 per annum, with a second-year range of INR 4,00,000 to 5,00,000.
Required Qualifications
- Final year of B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc IT with specialization in IT or CE
- Passing out in April/May 2025
- Consistent academic record with 70% and above score in all the years
- No backlogs or ATKT in any year
- Knowledge of programming basics like OOP, Data Structures, Algorithms, Class, Objects, Functions, Methods, Programming principles, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Skills in English
- Good understanding of complete Software Development lifecycle and methodologies
- Willingness to go extra-mile and hustle to deliver results
- Strong attention-to-detail ability
- Presentation skills
- No timing and learning constraints
