Job Summary
Optimize tenders to create winning proposals and prepare for project execution while supervising implementation alongside project managers. Act as the strategic link between clients, project managers, and design partners, ensuring flawless on-site performance through active involvement in (work)site meetings. Drive continuous refinement of internal processes by optimizing working methods and providing critical input for improvement. This role requires a Master in Civil Engineering or Architecture with at least two years of professional experience in construction, techniques, or finishing, with bilingual fluency in French and Dutch. The position involves a mix of technical and commercial responsibilities within a dynamic team handling prestigious projects, with partial remote work options available.
Required Qualifications
- Master Bouwkunde of Architect
- minimaal 2 jaar professionele ervaring
- ervaring in de bouwsector, technieken en/of afwerking
- beheersing van het Frans
- beheersing van het Nederlands
- analytisch vermogen
- vaardigheden in het gebruik van MS Excel
- vaardigheden in het gebruik van MS Project
- commerciële vaardigheden
- sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
- standplaats in de regio Antwerpen, Brussel of provincie Vlaams-Brabant
- bereidheid voor deel thuiswerk
- bereidheid om op de baan te zijn
- bereidheid om deel te nemen aan (werf)vergaderingen
